This PUD has been received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh, Raigarh praying for extension of time for conclusion of the trial. This Court in M.Cr.C. No. 6799 of 2019 vide order dated 21.10.2019 directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the PUD regarding the delay in conclusion of trial, I am of this view that extension of time should be granted. Therefore, the prayer in the PUD is allowed and further extension of two months is granted to the trial Court to conclude Sessions Trial No.7 of 2019. 3.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
