1. Heard counsel for the petitioner and respondents.

2. In our opinion the writ application is premature and uncalled for at this stage. Keeping in mind that the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Tribunal, Raipur has only condoned the delay in preferring the appeal for the reason which was found to be satisfactory and is reflected from the order dated 04.04.2016 of the Tribunal.

3. All the objections which have been urged before this Court for final adjudication can be very well made before the Tribunal and I am sure that the Tribunal will entertain the same and pass an appropriate order.

4. We do not want to preempt such a decision emerging at this stage. Therefore, the writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make his submissions and raise legal objections, if he has any, before the Tribunal.
