1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.06/2008 registered in Police Station -Mahamaya, District- Balod (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 395, 365 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

2. This is the repeat application for grant of bail by the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on 10.12.2020 with liberty to revive after filing of charge-sheet.

3. Though prayer is made for grant of bail on the ground that the applicant is in jail since 4.9.2020 and trial has not been concluded, considering that bail application of co-accused Shivlal Boga was dismissed with liberty to revive at appropriate stage vide order dated 18.6.2021 passed in MCRC No.1147 of

-22021, I am inclined to reject present application at this stage with similar liberty that the applicant may revive his application after examination of material witnesses -Rajkumar and Premlal.
