1. Learned Senior Counsel would submit that at present the suit has been dismissed on the preliminary issue of res-judicata, therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed off with liberty to file afresh petition as and when cause of action arises in future.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off with the aforesaid liberty. No cost(s).
