Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Surajpur dated 03.08.2019 passed in Criminal Case No.1499/2012, arising out of Crime No.304/2012, is not being complied by the respondent.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an application before the

CJM, Surajpur for compliance of the order dated 03.08.2019.
