Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 15/02/2019

1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court on 18.01.2019 in WPS No. 358/2019.

2. The modification sought is to the date of appointment mentioned in the order, which according to the applicant is 24.05.1986, whereas inadvertently in the order it has been got typed as 24.04.1986.

3. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel.

-24. Accordingly, the order has been modified. In the second line of the order dated 18.01.2019, passed in WPS No. 358/2019, the date of initial appointment shall be read as "24.05.1986" instead of "24.04.1986".

5. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed.

6. Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 358/2019 decided on 18.01.2019.
