Complainant - Rajesh Markam is virtually present before this Court on notice through Help Desk of District Legal Services Authority, Rajnandgaon and he has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

After arguing for sometime, the the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
