After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition and also liberty to file application under Section 205 of the Cr.P.C. before the concerned Labour Court. Reference has been made to the order of Single Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court passed in the matter of R.P. Gupta Vs. State of M.P. and another, reported in (2007) CriLJ 205.
