1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of the WPS No. 2835/17 which got dismissed by way of peremptory order passed by this Court on 05/07/2017.

2. Having heard the contentions put forth on the part of the applicant and finding them to be satisfactory the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly stands allowed and the writ petition WPS No. 2835/17 stands restored to its original case.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner has, if not, removed the default yet should remove the same within a period of 10 days from today failing which the efficacy of the this order would be lost.
