The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of the WPS 5095/2020 which got dismissed by virtue of a peremptory order passed by this Court on 12.01.2021.

For the reasons assigned in the said application and finding them satisfactory the present MCC stands allowed. The writ petition WPS 5095/2020 stands restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
