1. The grievance of the petitioner primarily seems to be the non releasing of the insurance policy coverage amount, payable to the legal heirs of the deceased namely Vijay Prakash Mishra.

2. Shri Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the LIC submits that he has instruction to state that the entire coverage amount has since been released to the wife and children of deceased Vijay Prakash Mishra as early as in the year 2019.

3. Given the said statement by the learned counsel for the Corporation, the dispute raised by the petitioner does not seem to be existing.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in the light of the statement made by the counsel for the Corporation. However, in case any further grievance still remains as regards the quantum and any other dues receivable from the Corporation, the nominee or the legal heirs of the deceased would have the liberty for approaching the Corporation by way of a suitable representation ventilating their grievance.
