This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 292/2017 registered at Police Station Gudhiyari, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 354(d), 506, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 & 8 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application as the trial has concluded and the present applicant has been convicted.
