1. The petitioner was transferred by order dated 21.08.2019 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Mandlapal, Block Bastar to Govt. High School, Bagmohlai, Block Bastar and in the remark column it was written on own accord/ request. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit though in the remark column it was written on own accord/ request but no such request was ever made, thereafter the petitioner was relieved and he joined
his new place of posting i.e. High School Bagmohlai. The limited prayer made is that since the petitioner has not made any request for voluntary transfer, therefore, he may be allowed to make a representation.
2. Considering the prayer made, the petitioner is given liberty to make a suitable representation if so advised to Respondent No.1 and if such representation is made it shall be decided within a reasonable period.
