Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 05/02/2018 Learned State counsel, at the outset, would submit that the amended transfer order has now been issued on 06/10/2017.

The petition was entertained only on the ground that the petitioner is being transferred to a place which does not exist in District - Balrampur. Now, earlier order has been superceded by a modified order dated 06/10/2017, this petition need not be kept pending.

This petition is accordingly disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 06/10/2017 on such grounds as may be available to her under the law. The statement of the State counsel is placed on record that the petitioner would not be subject to transfer on the basis of earlier order dated 14/08/2017 but only on the basis of amended order dated 06/10/2017.
