1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision in respect of the representation that the petitioner has made seeking for re-engagement/reappointment on the temporary post of Assistant Grade-III.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner so far as his entitlement is concerned, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
