Agrawal Order On Board 06/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the SECL, but in lieu of which rehabilitation has not been granted to him though he is entitled for consideration of rehabilitation in view of the order dated 11.09.2017 passed by this Court in the matter of Pyarelal Vs. South Eastern Coalfields Limited & Others and other connected matters. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.3 & 4 would submit that the case of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the respondent-SECL expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent-SECL is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner as per the policy prevalent on the date of acquisition of his land expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
