By this appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'tfte Act of 1894'), appellant has challenged the legality and propriety of the award dated 19.09.2003 passed by the Vlth Addjtiona] District Judge, Raipur, in Land Acquisition Case No.201/2001.

The appellant was under obligation to pay the Court fee, but appellant has fajled to pay requisite Court fee in the present case. The appeal without requisite Court fee is not competent appeal.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as not competent. No order as to costs.
