1. The petitioner has claimed that he is entitled for an amount of ₹ 84,863/-, which has not been paid to him.

2. Return has been filed by respondent No.2 stating inter-alia that the petitioner is not entitled for such amount.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner afresh in accordance with law and pass reasoned and speaking order within 45 days after issuing notice to the petitioner and after hearing him.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2 for compliance of this order. No cost(s).
