Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 16/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously as the suit is pending since 12.01.2009.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Since the suit is pending for a long period (since 12.01.2009), therefore, it would be expedient to direct the trial Court to conclude and dispose of suit after hearing the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) For a period of four months, interim relief granted by this Court on 14.07.2009 shall remain in force.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
