1. Heard.

2. The petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying for rectification of clerical mistake in the order dated 21.1.2019 passed in MCRC No.319/2019.

3. On perusing the order, it appears that the police-station has been mentioned in the cause title is Saraipali whereas it should have been police-station Singhoda, District-Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh, according to the copy of FIR and other paper submitted along with this application, therefore, I feel inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, it is ordered that the name of police-station in the cause title of MCRC No.319/2019 vide order dated 21.1.2019 be hereinabove read as

"Singhoda, District-Mahasamund" instead of "Saraipali, District-Mahasamund".

5. A copy of this order be made part of the order dated 21.1.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.319/19.
