Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 713/2020, which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 27.01.2021.

For the reason assigned in the application and the submissions made by the counsel for the applicants and finding them to be

satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. WPC No. 713/2020 stands restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
