1. The order under challenge is dated 07.04.2018 passed by the CEO Zila Panchayat, Raigarh as per Chhatisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision Rules, 1995, any order passed of like nature is appealable under Rule 3 to the Collector. Since, statutory appellate forum is available, therefore, I am not inclined to exercise the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
