1) The appellants have preferred this appeal under Section 14 (A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as the appellants were arrested on 29.03.2019 in connection with Crime No. 172/2019 for offence under Section 363, 366, 376(2)(g), 506 Part-2 of IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act and 3 (2) (v) SC/ST Act registered at Police Station- City Kotwali, District- Raigarh (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks to withdraw this Criminal Appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate Bench as and when occasion arises.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.

5) Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
