1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation for reducing width of the road from Aamapara Chowk to railway crossing near M.P.S.R.T.C. Depot and respondent No.3/Director, Town & Country Planning, Directorate, Raipur be directed to dispose of the same within the specified period, for which representation has already been made by public representative.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before respondent No.3/Director, Town & Country Planning, Directorate, Raipur within two weeks from
today and that will be considered within two months from the date of receipt of the representation by respondent No.3/Director, Town & Country Planning, Directorate, Raipur after hearing the petitioner. Since interim order is already operating in favour of the petitioner since 28.7.2010, same shall remain in operative for the aforesaid period of two months and two weeks.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court if any adverse order is passed by respondent No.3. No cost(s).
