The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of the WPC 1635/2014 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 27.01.2021. For the reasons mentioned in the application and finding them satisfactory, the present MCC stands allowed. The Writ petition WPC 1653/2014 stands restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
