This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.660 of 2015, registered at Police Station-Dongergarh, District Rajnandgaon (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that three witnesses have already been examined.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the applicant, the bail application is disposed directing the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
