By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.7.2009 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.1/State Transport Appellate Tribunal, whereby respondent No.1 has allowed the appeal preferred by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
