Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been held ineligible for the selection to the post of Patwari only on the ground that he has passed the PGDCA Examination from Maharishi University of Management and Technology which is not recognized by the University Grant Commission whereas the said University is duly recognized
from the State Government.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondent authorities along with the copy of the notification issued by the State Government duly recognizing Universities in the State of Chhattisgarh for the purpose of PGDCA that will be considered and decision will be taken by the respondents expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy representation. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
