Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner is a retired teacher from Government Middle School and he has made an application for grant of leave encashment before respondent No. 3 but it has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Prayer is fair and reasonable and is allowed. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and

dispose of the petitioner's application / representation for grant of leave encashment expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
