After arguing fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant submits that 10 prosecution witnesses have been examined, therefore, trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Since 10 prosecution witnesses have been examined, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as

early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/communication of certified copy of this order.
