1. This petition has been preferred against the order dated 13.07.2018 passed in MCRCA No.633/2018 wherein, the anticipatory bail application of Respondent No.2 was allowed.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been examined before the Trial Court.

3. Since, the petitioner has been already examined before the Trial Court therefore, now she is not required to further attend the Trial Court.

4. In the above circumstances, now, I do not find any merit to cancel the anticipatory bail application of the Respondent No.02.
