1. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant wants to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a regular bail application after his arrest. Counsel also prays that if a regular bail application is filed before the Trial Court the same may be decided on the date of filing itself.

2. In view of the above submission, MCRCA No. 156/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
