The petitioner has filed this petition on the allegation that the petitioner is being transferred vide order dated 10.11.2017 and relieved on 13.11.2017 whereas order dated 10.11.2017 has not been served on the petitioner. The other ground is that on the basis of which petitioner has been transferred to

another school, the strength of the student as prevailing in September, 2016 has been taken whereas on 30.09.2017 strength of the students has materially changed.

I find that the petitioner has filed this petition against relieving order dated 13.11.2017, as late as on 29.01.2018 therefore, I am not inclined to keep this petition pending. The petitioner may prefer representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Masturi and if such representation is made, the same shall be decided within a period of three weeks by a speaking order from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
