The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of

recovery passed by the Zila Sahakari Kendriya Bank, Raipur. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the respondent Bank for redressal of his grievances.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make representation before the respondent Bank and, in that event, the respondent - Bank shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation on its own merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of representation and pass a reasoned order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
