1. Petitioner had preferred WPS No.3195/2013 for consideration of his case for regularization in terms of the State Government circular dated 5-3-08. The writ petition was disposed of on 1-10-13 directing the respondents to decide petitioner's representation within four months from the date of submission.

2. The first representation preferred by the petitioner was on 1-9-14 and thereafter two more representations were preferred on 11-2-15 & 23-2-15. Thus, the petitioner himself preferred the representation almost after a year from the date of order.

3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the contempt petition is disposed of with observation that the representation preferred by the

petitioner shall be decided by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order before the contemnors.
