This CRMP has been preferred for modification in order dated 21/01/2019 passed in CRR No. 1003/2018, wherein due to typographical mistake the vehicle name 'Ford Car bearing registration No. CG13 UD/0426' has been printed in the eighth paragraph of the order instead of 'motor-cycle bearing registration No. CG13 UD/9426'. 2.

After due consideration and submission made by the counsel for the Applicant, it is ordered that in the eighth paragraph of order dated 21/01/2018 passed in CRR No. 1003/2018, the vehicle name 'Ford Car bearing registration No. CG13 UD/0426', shall be read as 'motor-cycle bearing registration No. CG13 UD/9426'.

Accordingly, the CRMP is allowed.
