1. Administrative sanction order dated 13.2.2007 (Annexure P/1) granted by Zila Panchayat, Surguja has been cancelled by order dated 6.5.2008 (Annexure P/5), against which, this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation against the order dated 6.5.2008 within two weeks from today.

3. Be that as it may, if the representation is made within the stipulated time, the competent authority will consider and

dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation along with a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
