Master Akash Aged About 06 Months, Through His Natural Guardian Mother Anjali Baradiya, W/o Kamalchand Bardiya, Aged About 33 Years, R/o Present Address C/o Vishram Sahu, House No. 16/11, Shriram Nagar, New Changorabhata, Raipur, Tahsil And District Raipur, District : Raipur, Chhattisgarh --- Respondents 24.04.2018 Mr. Kunal Das, counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition is against the order dated 23.06.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, Distt. Raipur in Cri.M.J. Case No.620/2016 whereby the application filed by the petitioner for DNA test of Master Akash, aged about 6 months has been rejected. Mr. J. K. Gupta appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions submits that the mother of child is ready to undergo DNA test of the child, respondent no.2 herein, however, the expenses may be borne by the petitioner husband.

Considering the submission made, it is directed that DNA test may be conducted on respondent no.2 master Akash, and may be verified with the blood samples of the petitioner Kamalchand Baradiya and the entire expenses shall be borne by the petitioner.

The aforesaid order has been passed with the

consent of the parties before this Court.

It is directed that the petitioner shall also be obliged to pay an amount of Rs.5000/- to the child who is stated to be aged about 6 months for the pain and agony of the child.
