(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that revision is pending consideration before the Director General of Police since 19.06.2015 but no decision has been taken by the appellate authority and therefore, direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) It is directed to the appellate authority to do well and to decide

the revision in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months form the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
