Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the information received '

regarding the appellants in this case, that they have completed their sentence ^ and have been released from Jail. One report from jail has been submitted by learned counsel for the State dated 15.05.2007 informing this Court, that appellants have been released from jail on 29.09.2001, after undergoing the complete sentence, as awarded.

2. As the appellants have undergone whole of the substantive sentence awarded to them by the trial Court in the impugned judgment, this appeal challenging the same impugned judgment is still pending, which has become infructous.
