The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 352/2015 registered in Police Station Baradwar (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 353, 186, 332, 147, 148 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case on 10/11/2015 because of a road accident the uncle of Abhishek Kumar Chandan other co-accused he died and the applicant along with others closed national highway and demanded the compensation but the police intervened and therefore scuffle took place.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that other co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. Nos.15 & 83 of 2016, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel on verification do not dispute the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. Nos.15 & 83 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
considering the gravity of offence and also for the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. Nos.15 & 83 of 2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
