Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to examine the petitioner's claim and take appropriate action for including him in the seniority list. If petitioner submit a fresh representation taking all the grounds which have been raised under the petition or available under the law, to respondent No.2 within a period of 30 days, it would be decided within a period of 60 days.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
