Complainant/prosecutrix Priti Yadu is present before this Court on notice along with her father Santosh Yadu. They have strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.
