Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08.03.2018 Heard on prayer for correction of order dated 18.01.2018 passed in WPS No.645 of 2018.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, in the order dated 18.01.2018, along with the name of the petitioner -Parmeshwari Vishwarkarma, following shall also be added in the array of petitioner :-

"Shanti Bai W/o Silman Paikra Aged About 26 Years Posted As Part Time Sweeper, At Girls Ashram Chendra Block Odgi, District Surajpur Chhattisgarh, District : Surajpur, Chhattisgarh" Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the concerned school where the petitioner Parmeshwari Vishwakarma was posted, was known as Government Higher Secondary School Chandra.

The authority while examining the case of the petitioner shall keep in mind the aforesaid correct factual position.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
