1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of monetary compensation under the provisions of dependent employment scheme where in lieu of dependent employment the respondents also have a scheme for monetary compensation.

2. According to the petitioner, she had moved an application/representation long back which has not been decided or finalized till date.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the application which the petitioner has moved for monetary compensation be considered and decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
