1. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he restricts his claim only to the extent that his pending representation before the respondent no.1 be decided on its own merits.

2. Considering the limited relief that the petitioner has made the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.1 to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 19.01.2021 that the petitioner has made in respect of his non

-2selection for the post of Nayab Tahsildar from the promotion process that was undertaken in the year 2015, and in addition the petitioner would also be at liberty to make consolidated fresh representation to the respondent no.1

3. Let appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.
