1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the action on the part of the respondents in charging sale tax on the price including cost of freight @ transport.

2. The counsel for the parties fairly submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition has already been dealt by this Court in the bunch of writ petitions decided on 07.12.2016, whereby the similar writ petitions have been dismissed by this Court, the leading case being WPC No. 5838/2008.

3. In view of the fact that the counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in the present case has already been decided in the bunch of writ petitions i.e. WPC No. 5838/2008 and connected writ petitions and the same have been dismissed, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the
