1. The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 15-12-2020 in connection with Crime No.1068 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Police Chowki C.S.E.B, Station Kotwali, District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 386 read with Section 120-B, 34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
