These two writ petitions filed by the petitioners whereby two orders of transfer consecutively passed on 19/05/2017 as well as on 11/08/2017 respectively. Two orders were challenged in these two writ petitions. There were an interim order so far as the petitioners are concerned in his favour and by virtue
of interim protection the petitioner continues to work as his original place of posting i.e. Janakpur, Koriya.

Perusal of the records would show that by the efflux of time two orders has lost its efficacy. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed off with direction to the respondents not to act upon the impugned order dated 19/05/2017 and 11/08/2017 any further so far as the petitioner is concerned, However, the right of the respondents stands reserved to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so arises.
