Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner retired from service on 31.05.2011 and the retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner after a lapse of six years on 10.01.2018 for which he is entitled for interest upon the retiral dues which has not been paid by the respondent authorities against which the petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 - is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of interest on the retiral dues expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
